Clyde Howell students were excited and proud as each child had the opportunity to vote for president. Students came to the polls to place their vote independently during work time. Parents worked the polls checking in the voters, directed voters to their voting booth, helped place ballots in the ballot box, and dispensed “I Voted” stickers. Before going home all students gathered to check the results of our vote. The ballots had been placed on a graph that enabled all to quickly read the outcome. It was a fun day of patriotic pride!
